Caretaking is mentally, physically and spiritually exhausting. You want someone who can help discuss ideas and research options, can help you navigate potentially challenging situations and can help you through this very difficult time.

I am here to help you with that.

Supporting someone you love and care for through death is tough. Holding space for all they are going through while still trying to work, care for your family, and lead your own life is the ultimate juggling act - with the pins on fire and a clown throwing gas on them!

Our culture hasn’t done us any favors in preparing for death, ours or anyone else’s. We can find ourselves in fight or flight mode, unable to make even the most basic of decisions as our reptilian brain tells us “run!!”. And that serves no one well. By working with a death doula, I can help bring you a measure of dispassionate thought and order as well as provide you big ears and a broad shoulder to lean on as you navigate this challenge in life.

You are not alone. Let’s work on this together.
